60 minute delivery time call after to see where the pie is just to find out it hasnt left the store yet and its been about and 1hr 30min now
Its papa johns in a college town, busy all the time so sometimes get things wrong
Personally my favorite pizza place on campus is Mad Mushroom but Papa John's is not far behind! They have great food, deliver, aren't far from residence halls for carry-out and have some great online specials frequently.
I ordered a pizza late after work and was given a 25-35 minute time for delivery which was great because I am always very hungry after work. I was notified my pizza was on its way to be delivered, but apparently Papa Johns decided I wasn't actually starving after work because my pizza was never delivered and I never even received a call about it. When I looked at the Papa Track to see where my pizza was it says my order was completed and by the time I initially noticed my pizza was taking longer than it should have even with other potential deliveries, and looking up its status, the store had closed so I couldn’t even call to let them know I never got a pizza, same with the customer care phone number, and you can’t leave feedback without a receipt number which only works if you got a pizza to start with. I would give 0 stars if possible.
I live close to this place, so I regularly buy a pizza from there. They are very quick, and staffs are nice. When I had a duplicated order due to crash on papa john's website, they immediately canceled my duplicated order even after they already made and set it ready for the pick-up. Most of the time, it's even cheaper to buy a fresh baked pizza from here rather than buying a frozen pizza from a grocery store.
