I'm very happy to have a Chipotle closer to home in West Lafayette now. I did a large group order for 11 people and they were impressively efficient. They even put all the food in a large cardboard box with lid so that the food was kept warm when we ate it at the park.
We submitted an online order which indicated a pick up time of 6:15. I got my food at 6:32 with attitude given by the staff when I asked what the status of my order was. When we finally got it it was cold. Very very disappointed. I am thinking of never returning after my second bad experience. I worked i fast food for over 10 years. Just pitiful service.
I went there around 1:30 on monday. It was really under staffed. Place was nasty. Tables and chairs have definitely not been cleaned for like 3 days. Meats looked very old. What are you guys doing ? Didn't you just open this place? Fix it.
Consistently decent grub just like every other part of the chain. You can get the available ingredients in several combinations, and all are edible. The nutrition calculator on their website is excellent for calculating what's in the mess of slop you picked out while on the burrito line.nnOne thing that would improve this place is a selection of good hot sauces. There's essentially nothing available here for chili heads.nnFor the price, you can do better at a local, authentic burrito place, but it's hard to beat the speed and convenience.
This is a great location. The Chipotlane is very convenient. The staff are just amazing! I love Chipotle, but this one stands out.
