This studio and the instructors are amazing. The studio is clean and modern. The instructors are kind, supportive and passionate. If you're a practicing yogi then you already know about this terrific studio. If you are new to yoga or looking for the BEST place to practice - Be Moved Yoga is the place for you. Just finished a Saturday morning class with Kim and I feel rejuvenated and strong! Here you are surrounded by kind and gentle people who do not judge and want to help you find your path to a stronger and more mindful YOU! Try it out - you'll get hooked!

I have been to several classes and Be Moved is wonderful. The instructors make you feel welcome. The studio is inviting and well laid out. I do enjoy the scented cold face towels provided at the end of each practice. Amazing! Hot yoga has really changed my life for the better. I recommend coming to a few practices. You may find that you will love it too!
I love love love this yoga studio!!! The 9a Saturday morning class is an awesome way to start off the weekend. If you enjoy yoga, you should give this team a chance!
