AAA assigned this location for my roadside tire change. The administrative assistant answering the phone is cold and her responses all made me feel like my request for auto-service (i.e., my business) was the biggest inconvenience of her day. However, Nate (the mechanic helping me) was wonderful. He was professional, timely, and effective at completing his job.

If I am allowed to give none of star I would to choose zero.nI was working on the campus of Purdue University and got a towing charge tag from this company, but my car was not towed. I called the Purdue Parking Office and they told me to contact Jim's after Parking office had deleted their charge.nI called Jim's before the pandemic and the owner or manager told me they will take care of it. I checked my citation from my account in later time and found the charge was not taken care by Jim's yet. I have called Jim's at least 5 times and the manager always says he will call Purdue to cancel this charge.nNow the charge is doubled due to a late fee.nIt is time to buy a new permit for the coming new semester. The issue is not solved by Jim's due to their non-effective management.nI will continue contacting the office unit the charge is taken care by Jim's office.nOf course, the review can be at Five Stars, which depends on the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the service from Jim's.nPlease take care of your customers.

Used AAA to have my car towed, and they sent Jim's Garage. Nate was awesome! He arrived very quickly and took good care of my car. I told him it was all wheel drive, and he went the extra mile to put the rear on a dolly, even in the scorching heat. I appreciate his help very much!

In an accident cops called them to pick up the vehicles. Took car to impound lot but a seperate truck driver offered me a ride home whe I thought I was going to have to Uber. Made my life alot easier after a long night and he did not have to do that
