They are not 24hrs!!!!!! If you try to get your car on Sunday it’s an extra $50....because the manager has to come out! Yeah right. The daily storage fee is $30. It’s cheaper to wait til the next day!!!!!! FYI I didn’t choose them isp did. ud83dudc4eud83cudffe
Driver was very professional and very nice. He knew what he was doing and quickly got my truck loaded up
The customer service here is beyond horrible! We arrived at 11:30am to retrieve a vehicle that was impounded, there was a sign on the door stating call “this” number of building was closed. Once we called the number we were told there is one person ahead of you who has already called and someone would be there shortly, then they abruptly hung up in our face. We called back again assuming they just lost the connection because no one would be that rude to a customer for no reason. Once again we were hung up on. The shop hours are clearly posted 8am-5pm, why be rude to a customer calling during those hours? Long story short we waited 40 minutes and receive horrible customer service.
While we did have to wait an hour before we got our service, we had an excellent experience with J&T. Farmer came to help me when my car died and he had such a good and funny attitude! And he expertly maneuvered getting my car back to my apartment complex. Very appreciative of his help!
