I am so glad this location is up and running again

Our order all was correct and the staff was super friendly. The drive thru was super slow today. I'm not sure if they were understaffed today or what but overall it was a good visit..

Friendly and fast.....only issue is they've been closed 2 out of the past 3 times I've went...sure there's a good reason but no caffeine when you need it is dire!!!

I generally always have my order made correctly and am treated very well by the baristas, whether in the drive thru or in the café. The drive thru is quite often wrapped around the building. Today, the drive thru appeared the same way. Waited in line about 30 minutes, got to the speaker box to place my order, waited there an additional 15 minutes to find the Arby’s manager next door pop out and say “Starbucks isn’t open.” A simple note on the order box would’ve prevented me from wasting almost an hour of my time, and would’ve saved other people their mornings as well. TERRIBLE on the store manager and the district manager’s end. Will not be going to this location again.

A perfect quiet place to chill while waiting on someone or something. I love the iced chai tea!
