This team is amazing. They went above and beyond to help me coordinate my move when I was out of town. They were always responsive to any questions I had. If you are relocating, and need to leave things in the area, this is the place. They are safe and professional. I really appreciate the help of this team!!!

Location and value brought us to use this facility for our recent move transition but what we hadn’t expected was to be delighted by the staff. It is rare today, in any business, to be treated with such professionalism and genuine customer service as we have, and continue to receive, from Avi and Lynn. They simply go out of their way to take care of their customers. They have gone the extra mile to help, with no hesitation or attitude, when issues arise. It’s a big old facility but they make it work because they work - with humor, a readiness to assist, resourcefulness and heart. I would never have thought I’d be writing such a review about a storage unit facility. It’s just space, right? But these two women make the difference and are stars. Five stars!

Great customer service. They went above and beyond when a power surge put the elevator out of service right in the middle of moving my stuff! Helpful staff.

Excellent Service. Avi was fantastic! Explained everything. Helped with the elevator. Don't know how she stays so calm with all the repeat questions I am sure she gets as people forget what they are told. So patient! Really accessible. Watch the online prices to get a good one.
