Well for the grand opening the atmosphere is amazing. The colors are festive. The staff is fun an friendly.. The food is amazing good portions for the price. The salsa could use some work but really good food me and the family loved it even when they made a mistake on one of our orders , as soon as it was heard they re-did the order and was out just as fast very wonderful recovery and will definitely be back soon i recommend this to everyone.
I have been there twice. I must say the food is delicious but the service socks big time. The first time I went the waiter took my order and I never say him again until he came for payment. The second time was the other day. The order came to me wrong and went it was corrected it was real cold. Again I never saw my waiter. I had to ask for him. When he finally arrived I told him what was wrong and he asked me if I would like another one. Of course I would, please. Upon the third attempt to get my food the correct way I ordered it and HOT, it still came to me wrong.
They get top marks for food (I especially recommend the chile Colorado) but service is pretty bad. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt since they seem pretty understaffed at the moment. They are hiring, so hopefully they can get that sorted out sooner rather than later. I'll definitely be going back, if service improves I'll try to remember to update this review.
Staff was friendly and the food came out quickly. However the food was underwhelming. The biggest disappointment is the lack of seasoning on their meat. I ordered a burrito with chicken, steak, and shrimp. Every protein was cooked perfectly, but had pretty much no seasoning to it. Also the salsa had a weird sweetness that I couldn't get past. Their queso was good and I would highly recommend the bean and queso appetizer. I went on the first day, so maybe that's why the food was off a bit. I'll definitely give it another shot in a month or two.
Very disappointing. We asked to sit outside and were told that was not possible even though there was one group already seated outside. We were seated promptly and our drinks arrived. Then we waited. It was 20 minutes before our order was taken. We had been seated 50 minutes before one meal arrived. and 5 more before the 2nd meal came. The food was good but not exceptional. Would not recommend.
