I couldn’t have had a better experience buying my new (to me) bike! The sales manager Tony and one of the other guys James are fantastic guys and really know their stuff! Tony was able to work with me and get me a great value for my trade in and was extremely flexible working with my schedule to get me in and get a deal done! Just about everyone is friendly and welcoming and makes the experience super smooth and enjoyable. Thanks again Tony and thank James for me as well! I will definitely be back in the future!

I specifically told the older lady with blonde hair at the register TWICE that I need to pay for an item with 2 debit cards a SPECIFIC AMOUNT ON EACH TO TOTAL THE PRICE!!!! She totally dismissed my request and said the payment went thru fine with just the one debit card! TOTALLY NOT THE POINT IN THIS MATTER! The point is I told her twice and she completely dismissed it!!! So now she had to refund it after I told her I was NOT happy!! So not only did she totally dismiss my request but now I have to WAIT FOR THE MONEY TO BE REFUNDED BACK TO MY CARD in 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS WHEN THE MONEY SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN TAKEN OFF MY CARD IN THE FIRST PLACE IF THE LADY AT THE REGISTER WOULD HAVE JUST LISTENED TO ME!!!!! For SUCH A LARGE BRAND NAME COMPANY.... y’all should really look into getting better employees!!!! I WANT TO BE COMPENSATED FOR SOMETHING FOR ALL THIS NONE SENSE!

Fourth of July weekend, traveling to visit the in laws. Brake switch went out on the wife's Street Bob. They got us in and back on the road SAFELY in no time. Outstanding service, knowledgeable staff and Friendly!! If I wasn't 540 miles from home this would be my Go-To place!!

I had battery problems in my 07 ultra classic on a long road trip from Chicago to Norfolk Va. Since I was near this dealership I called them and explained my issues. After getting my bike jump started I rode the hour to get there wondering if this was like the dealership back home in Rockford Illinois where you’re treated bad. After about 20 minutes they had a new battery installed and I was back on the road. I can’t say enough good things about these guys. Great service. The date was May 22 2020 when they fixed me up. Much appreciated. Keep up the friendly service. Thanks very much for what you guys did for me. Problem free ride the rest of the way!!!
