Industrial Federal CU

Been using them for several years now. The staff has always been super friendly and helpful. Had a much more enjoyable experience over the previous big chain banks I had used. Have used them for loans as well and they took their time to go over everything and get me the best rates possible which was much lower than the dealership was offering.

I understand that banks expect you to be a member to use their services, but this bank is a joke. The teller refused exchange small bills for larger bills, for a non member. If I ever need a new bank, this won't be the one I choose.

This is a credit union close to home. I've never pulled in and had to wait to gain access to thier services. There are several lanes that utilize tubes and an ATM lane up against the bank. There are also plenty of parking on the front and side of the bank.nThis is the first establishment after pulling off the main street which Is Veteran memorial parkway, next to the ice cream cone of Igloo.nNot to sure of inside hours, the ATM is 24hrs and is outside. Wish I could speak to general lighting in the area of ATM. Perhaps someone can comment that has been through there at night.
