Who knew we have such a beautiful lake just seconds off 52?!? Half a block west of Schuyler, take the very first exit, and you're there. No amenities, just the lake...with boat entries. Two wonderful little islands in the middle. If you're looking for that secluded spot in town (!), Go to Bicentennial Nature Area.

For years since noticing the lake off 52, I always thought it would be cool if they turned it into a park not knowing that’s exactly what they’re were doing! Just happened to turn into it out of curiosity after passing by and seeing the small park entrance sign lol.

The Sherrifs Dept nicknamed this place Happy Lake. It's a joke because there's a lot of things going on at this park that makes it not a place to take your kids. Very rarely go there anymore.

A great hidden lake to take your boat out to.
