Every time I go here they mess up my order and never apologize for the inconvenience. They have messed up my sandwich, so I had to go back and get a new one after I already left. They also forgot my chips TWICE. Once for delivery and once for pick up. I had to go pick them up after paying for a delivery fee. You would think they would offer some type of reward to go on my account or something, but nobody says anything when I walk back in. I don’t understand!!!

Came in today for take out. Food was same as always. Went to get our drinks and uh... the ice dispenser looks like it needs to be cleaned out. So I got a warm tea. Tried to tell a team member but they were too busy to listen.
Good food! They are trying to be as clean and germ free as possible, so a good place to eat with all this virus about.
Delivery is not recommended. Consistently takes 45 minutes or more to deliver. My office is only 0.7 miles away. My drink is always flat and sandwich soggy from taking so long to deliver. I used to get Freaky Fast delivery a couple years ago, but not lately. I recommend going into the store instead.
