I've had one bad experience here where I was given a cheese pizza instead of the 3-topping one that I had ordered, but on all other occasions, I received fast and friendly service. There were even a few times where one guy recognized my face and grabbed my order without me saying a word, even though I only order pizza about once a month.nnOn my last order, an employee forgot the pepperoni (the other toppings were there, so it tasted ok) and the manager, without prompting, gave me a free pizza card for any size any number of toppings.

I called and ordered 12 wings all Flats. The lady I talked to didn’t mention that they don’t take special orders of wings so to my surprise when I received it I was disappointed. When I called to talk to the manager(Rick) he instantly stated that they don’t take special orders and didn’t even attempt to fix it. After refusing to give me the number to the cooperate office he then proceeded to hang up on me. When I called back Josh hung up on me as well. All of this started out as a minor misunderstanding and the fact that both of them were acting like children BOTH of them should be Fired! You DO NOT treat customers like this. I love Pizza Hut but after this experience I will never order from them again!

Just got really bad service and the person taking our order was down right rude. All because I wanted to change something. So just lost a good customer. And I canceled the order.. NO MORE PIZZA HUT...

I ordered a pizza online like millions of americans. I was a little surpriseD that the pizza cost less than the delivery. I had to pay 3$ for delivery and another 3$ for them to hand the box to the driver. I realized afterwards that I payed a %120 premium to have my pizza delivered plus I had to tip the guy that came. I dont think this is the right path for the future. I agree there will be more working from home due to changinf economics but I find it predatory that companies are already setting standards/finding ways to exploit consumers for every transaction.
