Classic jj stop. Very clean recently which is nice during these times.
Cancelled order I called in for delivery at the 1 hour mark. Was told they were short on drivers. I suggested leading with that information when customers phone in order so they don’t spend 45min of their lunch hour waiting on food.
It's funny when they don't social distance. Then say that can't serve without a mask. When they are behind the counter and behind a plastic screen. The workers there have a better chance of getting covid from themselves than a customer with no mask. The only interaction behind a customer and the worker is the exchange of currency. I'm happy to never go to that Jimmy John's again.
Absolute neglect for social distancing. Had to ask multiple times to have order left outside, and even then the employee still approached too closely instead of just leaving the order outside like instructed.
I ordered delivery and got my order late. So the next time I ordered, I made sure to order ahead of time. Now, how is it that I order well ahead of time and my food still arrives 40+ minutes late? When I called, worker said there were 5 orders ahead of me. Won’t be making the same mistake again of ordering delivery or buying from this restaurant ever again.
