Pizza is great, but it takes AT LEAST an hour, more like an hour and 45 minutes. I have ordered 5 times and its the same everytime. I called after an hour and A 1/2 when I didn't have my pizza yet and I asked if this was normal to wait this long for a pizza after I spent so much for a, and I was told yes because the boss didn't staff them enough and they only had one driver
The pizza is really good well everything i have had is very good .. The inside is nice an has good deco .. The employees are nice and vibrant .. Ill be back for sure
My husband orders a 14 inch pizza and 5 breadsticks. Over an hour late the app says delivered by Erica. Inaccurate nothing was delivered. My husband calls the kid who answers has no clue. Another 15 mins go by and I call and ask to speak with the manager, oh she hasn’t gotten there still let me check( mind you I live about 2 miles away) Tells me my driver is about 7 minutes away according to gps. She arrives of course with a cold pizza and 2 cold breadsticks. I’d rather give them zero stars

I was impressed by the taste of the deluxe small pizza I ordered. I t has been a long time since I ate at Monical's Pizza. I will definitely go back and try again. If the next pizza I get here was as good as this one, I will definitely put it on my list of places to eat at on a more regular basis.Perhaps I can give a 5 star rating on the next tip.nnI did however think it took longer than I expected based on very few people were there at the time I was there. The pizza was worth the extra wait.
