I recently completed the 8 week mindfulness based stress reduction course with Laura. She is a superb teacher. She creates a safe and compassionate environment. She is empathetic and supportive as you strive to learn new skills. Going forward the skills I learned will definitely enhance my ability to cope with challenges.
