Human Movement is a second to none gym, you will not find another gym like this one. The founder and active coach is an incredible example of what every gym owner should aspire to. The immense amount of focus on the community is incredible, whatever your race, religion or creed- you will be welcomed with open arms and coached by very intelligent people that truly care about the improvement of others.
My son does his conditioning here between sports. Great group of trainers!
This gym is more than just a gym, it’s a family. I have never felt more welcomed, encouraged, and motivated at a gym. Highly recommend coming and seeing what it’s all about and feeling the love. Lucas and all coaches are amazing and want to see you succeed in all aspects of life.
Human Movement is a great place not only for working out, but for getting high quality coaching while being part of a great community.
Lucas was great to work with! He is professional and educated. His passion for safe injury preventative fitness makes him stand apart. I went to see him after a knee injury during a hiit training class. He was detailed in the approach and gave me several ways to rehabilitate at home as well. I am now more knowledgeable in proper form and hopefully less prone to further injuries down the road. Highly recommend.
