All around great gym! Dropped in a few times while I was in town for a couple weeks and am glad I did. Fun workouts, friendly environment, and high quality coaching. Can't wait to come back.

It's one of the few places were you can actually understand how Community works in CrossFit. All the coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and well prepared.

The instructors are extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated, and awesome people to be around. I've never been in a training session with a better vibe. No matter if your goal is to simply stay fit or to train like an athlete, CFWL has what you're looking for. I have been continuing with them for over 2 months now, and still am as motivated as day one at the box.
