Artisan Electric

I could not be any happier with the service from Artisan Electric. The company is extremely professional. Once an appointment was made they stay in contact via email and text messages to remind you of your appointment and to let you know when the technician is on his/her way. The job was fairly simple (install a WiFi wall switch) and Chris was professional all the way. He arrived on time, wore a mask, put on shoe coverings, and explained everything he was doing. He also did a wonderful job of cleaning up the site and worked a little extra to insure the 4-gang wall plate fit just right. Overall I am extremely impressed with the company and will definitely use them again in the future.

When other companies would not take our fan replacement jobs, Artisan reviewed the scope and were confident to handle it. They came in on time and were so professional. Explained everything. My 2 fans were not easy. Exhausting out the siding on a tall home with one bathroom being a cathedral ceiling. Fans work great and we can enjoy our bathrooms again. Kids love their bathroom too. Thanks to Artisan.

Called them out to repair a very specific piece of equipment that very few can work on. They were quick and responsive and the cost was very reasonable. Office staff was great. Would use again and highly recommend.

We recently bought a house that need quite a bit of electrical work. We needed everything from replacing switches and installing a vent fan in the bathroom to repairing our connection to the city and upgrading the fuse box.nnChris came out and looked over everything we needed and helped us come up with a game plan for tackling all the problems we were throwing at him. We scheduled the electricians to come for several days to complete everything. Mark and John did an excellent job! They were professional and kept everything clean. They checked in often to let us know what was going on and where they would be going next.nnArtisan is an excellent company to work with!

Artisan replaced a broken door chime for us. They were responsive, organized, and professional. Additionally they didn't charge us for components that didn't need to be replaced. I highly recommend them.
