DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR ANYWHERE ELSEnnI initially took my car to another competitor in the area and it was an absolute nightmare. The place never answered my calls, didn’t touch the car unless I harassed them to do so, and had no idea how to work with an insurance company. I finally had enough sense to get my car out of the other shop and take it to Proformance Sound —best decision I could have made!!nnProformance Sound immediately jumped on the task of servicing my car by explaining to me what they were going to do, what products they were going to use, and when it would be done. They followed through on EVERYTHING they promised me they’d do. They made the transaction effortless by communicating with my insurance company and filing the correct paperwork without needing my direction.nnIf you don’t want to gamble on the quality of service to your vehicle take it to Proformance Sound.

Just paid $400 to have a power sub hooked up after 4 hours of waiting the guy installing it tells me something wrong with the power sub and to send it back. Come to find out there is nothing wrong with the power sub and had to pay someone else to wire it up right. Out of $400.
