The team that came to re-ballast our lights were all extremely friendly, courteous & professional. Brian and Tyler kept me informed throughout the entire project. They worked with my schedule and navigating around my staff so not to interrupt our workflow. I would highly recommend Gaylor!!

They are lack of training. They are not proficient at all. I live in Purdue Village. At the end of June, Purdue University invited them to come to Purdue Village apartment complex (include my apartment) to install hardware stuff for the internet. One day, I was not home, the Purdue Village management gave Gaylor the access to my apartment. So I was not there when they were installing the stuff. Ever since they stopped by my apartment, my apartment has no internet at all. It was like this for one week, so I had to ask my neighbors upstairs whether they have the internet. It turns out they do, even after Gaylor stopped by. So I had to spend entire day to contact my university so that someone could finally reach out to Gaylor. Finally, someone came ad fixed the problem. I don't know who came, maybe university tech staff, maybe Gaylor. Again, when I was not home, they came by. Then, the university emailed me saying the problem was fixed. What really confused me is that: Gaylor stopped by both my apartment and my neighbors' apartment, but the results were so different. My neighbors always have their internet, but I don't. Installing hardware for the internet stuff apartment by apartment, this is not rocket science. How did they even mess up a simple task like this?
