GO TO WALGREENS if you can. This store is extremely slow and has serious communication problems. I usually wait in line or at drive up for 15-30 min to get a refill. Recently I had a change in the dose of my medication and after picking it up I noticed it was a 30-day supply instead of 90-supply. Come to find out my insurance will not pay for a 30-supply and without my knowledge they had to contact my doctor. This became a problem when I went to refill. They should have communicated the problem to me to begin with and definitely before I needed a refill. They also tried to give me the refill of my old dose a day later! I had to tell them to inactivate it. You would think this would be obvious or asked about when I picked up the new prescription. I was a customer of Walgreens for 20 years before this and because my insurance gives me better coverage at CVS I am forced to go there. I never had communication problems about refills and insurance policies.

Reasonable hours and helpful employees to help with all purchases. Can use bus there and back. Can set up refills and they will let you know when ready. Several payment methods.

Save yourself from constant errors, headaches, excuses and wasted trips and go to another Pharmacy!

Very rude and always have attitudes

Used several times while a CVS customer. Staff seems uniformly rude and inattentive to their customers to an almost hostile degree. They regularly take longer than any other pharmacy to even accept a script. They very loudly, with the waiting area that is right at the counter, talk about what different customers are being prescribed - even mocking the conditions certain meds they fill treat and the people taking them. They bad mouth customers after they hang up the phone or put them on hold - again, in plain sight and hearing range of anyone in that part of the store. They don't treat customers with respect, they violate HIPAA, they are slow and inefficient.
