While ordering summer shoes with an advertised 20% reduction in price, the Target website did not apply this 20%. Customer Service immediately took care of it, no questions asked.
Extreme courtesy and speed used to issue product. Was very impressed with a no touch approach. Definitely was not expecting that.
Be aware that this particular target has an extremely limited variety of pasta/grains. Such a disappointment to stock so little of a staple food. This store will also always have a target employee posted at the end of the self checkout area facing the customers. It seems to be an asset protection position. I understand the need for this, but every time I need help from a target employee they’re busy doing other things every time. Also, I’ve been stopped by this employee asking for my receipt after they can clearly see me checking out. Such an inconvenience. Other than these things, it’s a great store.
Target is a great place to shop. I am always impressed with the selection of products, prices, and quality. I would make this my one-stop shoppe if I lived in the same city!
