Horrible. Was a first timer and dropped shoes off to sell - was never called to say review of my items were complete like every other resale shop on the planet....came back the next day, my items were donated without consent or put on the floor to sell!!! The lady at the desk was rude and very unapologetic.....Ive now talked to other ladies that had the same thing happen to them. Don’t go there if you don’t want to buy stolen goods!

I sold my clothes there yesterday and they took some of it. Very friendly staff, great experience. Plus has an amazing selection of clothes. Definitely will be back.
Have purchased and sold here and have had great customer service every time. They have an awesome selection of clothing, shoes, and bags. I was also surprised with how much they bought from me and walked away feeling like a win!!
