Good work done. I appreciated that they detailed the car interior before returning it. It was here for a repair from a collision. The repair took a long time, I think 45 days, but they did a great job of keeping me updated with texts and calls.
This place has had my fiancé’s truck for going on 5 weeks. They said it would be done weeks ago. I have NEVER left a poor review on a company before but because of this place and their lack of organization etc (we’ve gotten about 5 different stories as to why it’s delayed and about 5 different dates it “should be done”) he has had to reschedule and LOST important job interviews he has had set up after moving here from a different state. I’ve never had a place be so all over the place and not even know parts weren’t delivered or ordered when giving a date in which it would be done. Awful. We still don’t have the vehicle back.
Worked with my insurance pretty well to get my car fixed up and back on the road.
Took them almost 3 weeks to get my car in. Then when I was picking up my car, I noticed new damage on my back bumper. I was little annoyed that even happened in the first place since everyone there should be paying attention but least I was able to get another rental on gerber and pick up my car the next day
Unfortunately have had to use them twice in recent months. Great service, very professional
