I have been consistently pleased with the Service Department at DeFouw and had a very positive experience with their Collision Repair.

I've taken my car in twice first time had my front bumper smashed they had it replaced pretty quick no real issues everything lined up nice. Only issue was a small paint run on one of the edges of the bumper.nnSecond time was just last week got the car back yesterday. Had to have my front bumper and passenger fender replaced. The alignment is pretty off. I had to bend the sides of the bumper that align to the fender because it noticeably stuck out. There also seems to be a larger than normal gap between my bumper and hood. There are rough paint spikes along the seams of the bumper. Where the bumper meets both fenders paint is rubbed off on both pieces from ill-alignment.nnMost of it is admittedly minor but once you notice little things like thatnon your car it's hard not to see it anymore. Still with all that, they have done a better job in a shorter amount of time and relatively cheaper cost than some other popular collision shops in town have for me. Plus their customer service is fast I've always just been able to walk in and out, no wait so that's a plus.

Fast service , had me written up and out pretty fast. Waiting for GM to cover warranty now . We will see how that goes .

I was rear ended & brought my car to DeFouw Collison Center. I was pleased with the outcome until I went to get in my car today & the wash/detail they did on my car after the repairs left buffer burn scratches all over my entire car. I am sick to my stomach.
