Stoops Freightliner-Quality Trailer

I really appreciate these guys getting me in on such short notice. Every other dealership was busy until Monday. The Bill was alittle high for me, but this is the cost of doing business in trucking. Thanks Stoop Freightliner for getting back on the road in time to meet my deadline.

They did great, had a dead fleet Freightliner that needed picked up. They had it running by the time I arrived.

Amazing experience at this dealership. I came in with DPF problems on my Cascadia. Called in and spoke to Tasha(super nice and respectful) who advised me to drop the trailer at their trailer yard. Although there mechanics were busy with other trucks but Daniel came during his break to check on my truck.. super helpful. They were about to close and couldn't do anything but Advised me to have the truck checked in the morning @ 7. I was hoping the shop to be operational by 7:30 but I was surprisingly wrong coz the shop was operational around 6:30... Never seen at any dealership or mechanic shop..nThey put one of their best mechanic, Tim ( Knowledgeable and Hardworking) on my truck... This guy jumped on his job right away and start looking at the problems.nExplained me the whole situation with DPF. Got the job done in timely manner... In the meantime I get to see the shop and talk to parts guys... They were also very nice and respectful. Very genuine guys...nThe past experience with other dealership were horrible and I was expecting the same from them but I was completely WRONG.nnThis dealership changed my mind and I wish them success... What a great team working here... Couldn't find a single rude person.. Definitely worth coming here and I would suggest everyone in the area to visit this place if they ever run into any Frieghtliner problems....

Second time to rotate one of my tires but got me in quickly and no changes for what was supposed to be done the first time

Those guys are really good. They are quick, know what they do and stayed longer after there shift was done to close my truck. I went with DEF problem in the morning and my midnight went out. Thanks Tyyon and Ryan.
