They have done great work in the past but they simply over charge! May I offer one piece of advice? SHOP AROUND BEFORE GOING HERE! They seem to charge more than any other shop and while they’re work is quality work, it’s not any better than many of the other shops around town.

If I have to summarize — those guys get work done. Fast.nBrought the car in fully expecting to wait a full day for a routine service like I normally would at the dealership down the road. They got it done before I could finish shopping at HomeDepot. They were transparent with pricing and communicated well explaining what’s needed and what could wait to save me a few bucks.nI consider myself somewhat familiar with automotive parts as I used to work in a shop and often have to order parts, and I could say with confidence that Beck’s charges you only what’s reasonable. Reading some of the other recent reviews, if you’re expecting anyone, not just this shop, to charge you only what the parts are worth, you should just work on your car yourself. A business has to make a few bucks here and there to survive.nImpressed by this experience, I will likely be returning for my future service needs.

Beck’s did a great job on my job on my brakes found I didn’t need a complete brake job only some resurfacing. They saved some money by being honest and I will be a return user.

This was my first time to use this business and couldn’t be more impressed. Courteous, respectful, and great attention to COVID-19 safety practices. I thought I had an exhaust problem - they found nothing wrong with that, but did find other issues. They explained what was needed and why and all estimates given up front in writing before work is authorized. The availability of a loaner vehicle was terrific plus. Wheel bearing and brake work complete and very satisfied with the work done. They checked back with me a few days later to make sure all was well. Attention to customer service is such a rare thing these days, will definitely bring my future business here.
