This place , was good to me . This place has its problems but I will say this , these guys are good at what they do. I would of never left working for Mark, but the money just wasn't enough for the size family I have. I hope they read this . Thank you gos out to so many people there I don't know who to thank first. Thank you Mr. Reed , Mark, Brandon , and the team I worked with. The one person most of all is Dave he is one of the best people to know and very smart . If you have him working on anything on your car , truck , or whatever your lucky thank you all for everything .

Service is very professional...nnI've used the services of Midas several times, over the last few years. Every visit, I've been treated with a smile, (some good rock-n-roll) and a guarantee, that the service will be performed in a professional manner.nnI have a few mechanics. While they are lower in price, not everyone of them are available at my disposal. It's encouraging however, to know that my vehicle can be properly maintained at Midas. If money was my total decision making process, then I'm afraid I'd have to continue to endure the childlike drama I receive from my lower priced mechanics sometimes.nn...but they do quality work as wellnnIn short, Midas may not get my business all the time but rest assured, they will be getting my business for a LONG TIME.nnYou guys are great! (coffee could be a little stronger however)

Go ANYWHERE else. This place is really that bad.nnI found myself in a tough situation when I got a flat tire right before I had somewhere important to be. I called ahead and asked if they’d be willing to take me (it was about 30 minutes before they closed) and the gentleman on the phone was rather cheery and said yes. I was over the moon and prepared to offer my greatest thanks to everyone there.nnWhen I got there, however, things went downhill FAST. During COVID, no one was wearing a mask. Even the guy who DROVE MY CAR back to the shop area. The woman in charge (I was told she was the boss) took advantage of my situation and did her best to swindle me out of a lot of money. She told me the tire was permanently damaged because I had driven on it flat (I hadn’t) and that it wasn’t fixable at all. She didn’t even notice the nail that was stuck in it, nor did she offer to patch it. She then told me that I had the wrong size tires on my car, and that they would ALL need to be replaced!! It was at this moment that I got out of there as fast as I could. I know my car. I know the tires required of that make and model. To be sure, I googled it and called another place in town before they closed just to ask that simple question. THEY told me she was either lying or mistaken.nnI understand I came near close, but I called ahead to ask for that very reason. I happily would have found another way to fix my dilemma had they told me they couldn’t take me. I appreciate that they stayed open to accommodate me in an unfortunate situation, and perhaps this entire issue can be chalked up to her wanting to get me out of there fast?nnBut even so, if this woman is the boss, I find it hard to believe that she can’t easily look up the correct tires for my car. This woman clearly thought I was in a big enough hurry that I wouldn’t think twice about paying her hundreds of dollars to replace all my tires when I likely just needed a patch. I only went here because Mr. and Mrs. Tire was closed - I’ll never make that mistake again. What a shameful way to run a business. The woman in charge is a liar and a crook.

Where do i start. First i never realized this establishment did everything as repairs to cars. I live 2 hours away and spent a day getting my muffler and AC and brakes done. Not only does this Midas do a great job. But as in most places i have been to instead of forcing you to purchase parts you don’t need. This Midas does its best to reduce your cost and take care of what you need done not extras. The atmosphere in this shop is more like a family get together everyone in this shop is family. No matter race color or creed. The Manager on down i can’t express my gratitude for how they treated me and the repairs they did. I will drive 2 hours from now on to get any repairs done. Do your selves a favor any repairs go to Midas you won’t be sorry. Thank you Jim Link Kentland

Friendly and thorough. They appreciated my business.nnMy only complaint was the 1 hour 45 minute wait for an oil change when I scheduled an appointment.
