I inquired about an Atlas on a Monday and by Thursday was ready to just go pick it up and sign on the dotted line! I live in Columbus, Oh and Mike Raisor had the best price on my car within a 250 mile radius! Casey Mast was so nice to work with and made the process so easy! When we got to Lafayette it took about 45 min from start to finish and we drove the 3.5 hrs back home in our new car! I’ve already told friends and family that I would do that drive again to get the great deal and work with Casey again!

If you take your car here to be serviced, be prepared to be ripped off on labor fees. Took my Beetle here to get the battery replaced. I did ask for a diagnosis before they replaced the battery, however I was charged labor fees on top of the diagnostic fee. The total service/labor fees, not including the price of the battery itself, was more than double of what i was quoted over the phone. After an hour of “diagnosis” they confirmed the battery was the issue and I asked them to go ahead and replace it. It is my understanding that a diagnosis test typically uses a $20-$30 scanner tool and takes about 15 minutes to determine the problem. About 30 minutes before anyone approached me to let me know my car was ready, I saw it parked outside where the other finished vehicles were.nNot to mention one of the employees did not wear a mask the whole time I was in there. There were signs around the perimeter of the store that said “masks required” but not even the employees follow this.nnI’m very disappointed with my experience here as I have gotten car batteries replaced at other dealerships who charged me half of what I spent today. I could not recommend the service here to a friend.

Randy was the guy who made it all happen. A mutual friend pointed me in Randy's direction.nnHe texted me and a few days later, I'm giving my wife her new 2020 Jetta. We did most of the work through emails and texts.nnAn awesome experience. Follow up was awesome. The wife stops by and he gives her some insight to the features of the car.nnA most excellent experience, great pricing, and stellar service. You can't go wrong with Randy.

I've never had an unpleasant experience here. Buying a used car was way less stressful than it could have been somewhere else. I've been back multiple times for quality and reliable service on my vehicle.

I just purchased a car for my son at Mike Raisor VW. From the very first time my son looked at a Passat until we signed the contract our sales person, Casey Mast, was courteous, patient, not pushy, informative, and professional. He was truly a sales consultant as he guided us through the different trims and features of each level of the Passat. Price of the car was very competitive with any VW dealer around. This process could have been very cumbersome as my son was there in person and I am out of state. I can’t say enough about how easy they made this process.nThanks Casey!!
