They shouldn’t even get one star.nI got a car from here almost 2 years ago and they decided to repo it because of no “insurance” when I had two insurance policies. He called me once and left one message saying to get ahold of him when I could. I work a full time job and when I get off they are closed.nnI got a 2009 Jeep Compass marked at $10,000, found out it was worth only $1,500. I have had to put $3,000 worth of maintenance into this car. Even though they said it was in good condition. And I still haven’t even fixed to 100% working condition.nnWorkers (Jason) are very unprofessional, they wanted me to pay $160 to get my belongings out of the car. He told me that he would give me a paper stating that I wasn’t on the lease anymore if I gave him the key plus the $160.nnWhen it came down to it he got unprofessionally upset about us asking basic financial questions about his business and my car specifically on how they price them. He yelled at us to get out, we calmly left the building, but he put his hands on my sister that is a minor to shut the door on us.nnWe called the police and he negotiated the repossessed fee that I had to pay when they talked to them.nnWhen you first go in and talk to them they will make you feel like you actually matter to them. And they will do what they can to help out. But when it comes down to it all they care about is the money.nnYou would be better off going to a junk yard and building your own car than what kind of cars they will try and sell you.nnTHEY DELETE ALL THE 1 STAR REVIEWS

My overall experience with them has been a pretty good one. The only reason why this isn't a 5 star is because 1. I thought the car was a buy here pay here and I have to buy out the price. They worked it out with me but I still wish it was what I originally thought. And 2. The vehicle itself isn't the overall greatest. I've had some slight problems with it and it still needs some things replaced. Other than that my service has been overall a good one and I reccomend them highly.

Got us into a car fairly easily. However, upon delivery of vehicle, it wasn't detailed inside at all, heavy smell of smoke from previous owner, and almost empty gas tank. After one week, the check engine light came on. We're paying WAY more than the car is worth, but we needed a car in a pinch, and did what we had to do. Would have appreciated if the car would have been cleaned inside and out, and a complementary full tank of gas like normal car dealerships do.

I was referred to McCarty’s by a friend who also had a great experience with them. McCarty Motors offered me an affordable, responsible financing plan and a great vehicle with very low mileage. The customer service is excellent and I’m relieved to have a place to take my car for reasonably priced oil changes. Thank you McCarty Motors!
