Had a very pleasant experience for a factory recall visit. The appointment time was honored as agreed and staff very welcoming and dealership and service area all clean and attractive and over all it was like all visits you would like to experience - first time in here but from this I will return !nHaving been in the automotive industry, sales, service and parts my whole life I know what goes into a experience like I had today and I greatly appreciated it.
Thank you Duane for the expedited parts order on a limited stock (AMG) transmission item. Got me back on the road quickly and with Mercedes techs expertise I can expect many more miles with my CLK55.nPS:nMy God, this location was THE CLEANEST MB dealership I've ever visited.
Duane Kerkhove was very rude and unprofessional at the end. I paid for a “ Diagnostic“ that they didn’t even do. They said my car was to hot and couldn’t runs diagnostic at the time so they guess as why was my engine light on but they did charge me for a diagnostic. I even have the receive to prof. You will feel unwanted and uncomfortable once you enter the building. Not friendly at all. No wonder they keep getting sue.
Love the staff. Wes was accommodating. With his help, I was able to find the perfect car at a reasonable price.
Dealership does not follow up with concerns/issues after purchase. They have to be hounded to get any answers. Support departments (detail shop) have much to be desired.
