Came here today and had a very pleasant experience. Purchased a very solid used Jeep Cherokee and Steve (not the owner Steve but the other one lol) was amazing. Made me feel comfortable with not only this purchase but also with coming back in the near future for another vehicle. I’d definitely recommend them to others as my first option when it comes to wanting to buy a vehicle in the Lafayette area.
I don't know much about car dealerships but these guys were one half step short of rude, I was unsure whether they just didn't like my face or I guess they thought I didn't have any money, but I would suggest checking out other places very many nice used car dealerships with very friendly and helpful people, these two guys were neither, may there cars have many flat tires!!
We have bought cars from them. My daughter. Any problems. They would take care of it. Been dealing with this car lot for over 3 years.
The two gentlemen who helped my daughter were very polite and respectful. They listened to her feedback, performed a few small tests quickly and answered all the questions she had, aside from a couple that were very specific and would have been difficult for an experienced mechanic to answer. They provided their opinion and explained why they thought those areas were involved. They went above and beyond to help her and made no attempt to scam her. It was refreshing to have this happen this evening.
Outstanding!!!! One of the best experiences I have had buying anything. Steve Firestone and all associates do everything to make buying a car a great experience. No nonsense, Honest, flexible, and they get the deal done. I would recommend them to everyone in the market for a quality used vehicle
