I bought a vehicle from them and hours after driving away the check engine light came on. I told them about it and they sent me to some janky car mechanic on McCarthy and they removed the check engine light. Not only was I not surprised that these people where tryn trick me out of my money, but I didn’t want to go forward with the contract. They where upset and took $700 out of my $2,000 down payment leaving me with $1,300 after I gave them the car back. Totally disrespectful and unlawfully discouraging.
Called at the end of the day. Put $300 down to hold a truck for me to come look at tge next day after work. Call the next morning when tgey opened. Letting them know I decided to go another route. Money was exposed to be refundable. Now they dont want to refund and give me run around knowing I live 2hrs away. I would give zero stars. If I could... Bad Business...
very friendly people just bought my second car from them first truck bought cash had it two years no issues with it whatsoever got a second one jus because i wanted to business with them
Angel the finance manager is very nice. They helped me get a car same day which i desperately needed. Cars are in decent condition and mine came with a warranty. Had to put alot down, but they gave me time to do so. Thanks T&S!
