Their coffee is so good in their coffee shop that I went online and ordered some too! They have a whole online store that I didn't know about and ended up buying a new coffee machine, but still frequent the shop too when I go shopping! Customer service was very helpful as well when I made a typo in my address.

Best coffee ever. I haven't drunk a coffee better than what I got here. Better than starbucks coffee.

the experience buying from this place is beyond unsatisfactory. we made a mistake in purchasing the machine but it was too late to cancel as it has been shipped. we called their support and they said the shipment has been rerouted to go back to their shop. BUT the shipment still came and we had to pay for the shipping even though the box was unopened. when they got the package, it took them a good few days to acknowledge receipt and i had to sent couples of email to ask for refund. When we got the refund, they took 10% of the price (although they did not do anything) and on top i had to pay for $60 shipping. This shop is a trap and YOU SHOULD NOT BUY FROM THERE. they even said they normally charge for 20% restocking fee which is absurd. this shop does not live up to the American way of customer service . it is the worst service i have experienced so far. not helpful at all. they just want to keep the money with them. a trap!!!!

Ordered a Baratza Encore grinder Oct 1; it arrived Oct 3rd. Totally satisfied dealing directly with this vendor rather than going thru Amazon. Saved $10 too. Thanks!

Love their glaciers. But definitely need to change their times. Says they are open at 9am but mall doesn't even open until 11. I'm so upset and just want a glacier.
