Service here has improved and was very efficient! Food was hot and served as ordered! Place was cleaner also! Great job!

If you want McDonald's in Lafayette, do not go to this one. It has the absolute slowest service. I've seen workers at other locations when they are short staffed - you can see that they are working hard to try to get stuff done quickly. Workers at this location just do not care. Worst experience so far - I waited in line 35 minutes, was late coming back from my lunch break, and to top it all off I received a McChicken with cheese in a cheeseburger wrapper. How does that even happen?

We ordered strawberry creme pies. They gave us apples pies without saying anything about it. My girlfriend is deathly allergic to cinnamon and instantly started having a reaction. They need to pay more attention to what the order says because it could literally kill.
