Poor night management. I tried to use the washer with my loves card. Everything scanned okay but the machine would not work. The manager finally came over and told me that The machines do not work with the card. I ask them why don't you just tape up the card readers. His response, they won't let me do that. I asked who were they? And he said corporate. Had a very nonchalant attitude about it. Couldn't even give me any quarters. Had to walk all the way to the back lot to my truck and luckily I had quarters. Good thing there was six people ahead of me at 6:44 p.m. for the shower which gave me plenty of time to jog back and forth like an idiot.

Just fell into this place tonight. Great People, Clean. Arby's great. 9 pm and still plenty of parking spots with lots of room to maneuver. One of my new go to places.. If you're a nasty Trucker stay away, this place is super cool. Don't need it trashed out.

Great place with huge parking lot with plenty room to maneuver. clean place all around, friendly and diligent staff with quick shower rotations with amount of drivers. It's perfect location just between two toll get, Indiana, and Ohio turnpike. Perrysburg, was usual stop but now this is. Shop guys are quick and friendly, done some few works there.nNot congested as some of the bigger love places, since there are lot of travel center's by.nTry to get here before 6pm then you'll have plenty of parking space. but they will be filled up quick.

There tire shop is absolutely horrible, I waited over 5 hours for a simple tire change, omg that's half a days pay in down time, so many people are doing nothing, just a complete waste of time and money ud83dudcb0, there were trucks that arrived after me And yes they were seriously serving them first, Don't waste your time or money sitting here if you really don't have a choice, I am going to be filing a complaint against these people who are playing favorites. I am contacting the area sales manager and canceling my account, this is a nightmare.

This place is new and clean. It is very busy but you can come in get fuel, clean your windows, check tires. Go inside use restroom, grab something eat and drink and be out in 20 minutes. I like this place because the parking is big. Lots of places to park. The store has a variety to choose from plus it has an Arby’s.
