Well let me tell you what this is the best truck service I've ever experienced. They sent out an assessment team and determined I could not be fixed on the side of the road. Wrecker bills scare me so I turned them away. Moments later the owner called me and gave me the help and offer I couldn't refuse. When they pulled me in it wasn't what I initially thought my heart sank. A job that would of took your big name shops two to four day's to do these guy's have me done in under eight hours. Fast and friendly folks. And a true working hour deal. Not only did I get off the road but now I'm headed back out to finish the job at hand. You won't find a better shop or deal or group of guy's to do business with. WOW. Thank you Express team for being the best around.
My trailer got banged up when a semi hit me from behind at the toll booth, and my receiver was destroyed. First Call showed up quickly, towed the trailer to a safe spot, and even made some calls to find the nearest place with a replacement receiver! Great customer service!
Don't reccomend lousy service
Man all I got to say is these guys are life savers! Especially being an owner operator time is key! These guys were not only quick to respond but also got the job done right and in a timely manner! Would definitely recommend and will use again if neccessary! 10 STAR JOB!!!
