Always have a great experience in Autozone! The staff are super friendly and very helpful. A year ago, my tail lights got busted and they replaced it for me. Recently, my headlights were out and they took care of that, too! Would highly recommend them!
Where can you fine car help at 5:45 pm on a Sunday? Thankfully I stopped at AutoZone in Angola and the store manager, Jon Kulpinski, went above and beyond to help me ! He found the problem and took the time to fix my car. I am an older woman and didn't know what I was going to do. AutoZone now has a customers for life! Thank you for restoring my faith in mankind in these troubling times.
Came in with some issues with my lights on my camper John went above and beyond. He seriously stepped above the job and was seriously a god send. Thank you so much for being a huge blessing today
Usually the employees are very knowledgeable but this time they had trouble with a running light on my car. First they got the wrong bulb and it had to be returned. Then when they went to put it back in they said I had to go to a mechanic because it was a electrical problem that's why it didn't work. Anyway after they left I looked at it and they hadn't plugged the wire back in. I do appreciate them getting the bulb out and in but that would have cost me a lot of money if I hadn't seen the problem.
Helpful staff. Error code reader didn’t work for my 2020, had to go to the dealership anyway.
