STAR Financial Bank

Lady inside branch on North Wayne Street gave my elderly grandfather, who has done business here for 30 plus years, a hard time just trying to put checks into his account. He had to walk in and out of the bank 3 times. She had a rude attitude. I don't know how customer service training is done here, but maybe she needs to be reeducated immediately or find a job that doesn't require her to deal with the general public. Thankfully the younger guy at the kiosk im the drive through could take care of us.

I have been banking here for years, the people at Star Bank in Angola are wonderful people almost like family. If you don't want to be treated like a number then I would recommend Star!!!

I have been a commercial client with Star Bank of Angola for 5 years now. They have always provided great service and have exceeded my needs as a business owner.

I really wanted to give negative a star for the Angola branch. I am sure most of the staff are competent and do care that they do a great job. However, Belinda O'day and her supervisor, could use some lessons in customer service. Obviously you get paid by the hour, not your job performance. Hope you have reviews coming up soon.

Not a fan of Star, but the staff here is very kind. This one beats Kendallville by far.
