I strongly suggest that you do not work here. Sadly to because the only good thing about it, is the people you work with. The fellow co-workers are pretty great. Buuuuuuut as far as the supervisors and office people. You are quite irrelevant, unless your are a specialist. It is a seniority type job. But definitely can go differently. The office will hire people within there own worlds to fill spots, and just again could care less about you. I work above and beyond in everything I do. Definitely was one of, if not they hardest works there. And was pretty much treated like a dog. I watched at least 30 people quit In in alittle over three months. And do it in the first hour, to a couple days. Mainly because they the supervisors are clueless on how to care for the employees. Or the people that have been there for sometime, have gone through so much that they believe that you should go through that same hell as well. I mean you want to be happy where you work, well its definitely not happening here. Nobody is happy here. I don't understand how they think it's a good idea, to just treat you like dog sh#t. And when leaving they still didn't seem to care. Well great employees don't really just walk through the door anymore. So if you are dont walk through these. It will just suck the life out of you. Physically and mentally.
