No shower until 7:00 am
Why is it with every Pilot and flying j the only time HQ replies to a comment it's on a 100% good comment and never respond to any with a negative comment. It seems that they only look at the good and never the bad. Maybe they should look at both and actually do something about every comment posted. No this is not just for this Pilot this is for every pilot and flying j across the USA. HQ PLEASE HELP EVERYONE OUT. THANKS
I came into this place today took a shower got a pretty decent parking spot because they have a huge lot and if there's no parking on the pilot lot the firework business next door has parking also. Then I wouldn't got dinner Wendy's and used my Pilot Point's this is definitely a great spot and still has parking at 8:30 p.m. by the way
Had the best customer service at this Pilot verses others. The Young Woman named Sandra was very helpful. She helped me gain the best rewards benefits on purchases and she also made sure I left satisfied in positive spirits. Thanksud83dude09
Shower reeked of stench as soon as I turned the water on. Rusting everywhere and water felt weird and had a hard time washing away my soap. Sink doesnt flow water correctly. Towels had a very odd scent. This truck stop doesnt offer packaged salads or a soup bar like most other locations do. The chicken sandwich I had at Wendy's was definitely not the best Wendy's sandwich I've had, to put it nicely. It has decent parking, a good 50 spots or so, but dont expect anything great from here.
