Unfortunately, someone backed into my car at work. I messaged Denver right away and he instantly messaged me back with a fast, accurate quote. He gave me a few different options on how he could fix it, to help keep costs down. We decided the best option would be a new bumper on. He got me in within a week or so of my accident and it only took 3 days to fix it. I just got my car back today & it looks brand new! I can’t even tell any damage was ever done. The finished product is excellent. He even went to the extent of washing it after he put it all back together. I highly recommend this shop (especially Denver!) to anyone needing body work done. Keep up the good work guys!

My car died on the way from New Jersey to Wisconsin. Everyone I dealt with at Gold Star was so kind and considerate. Tim, the tow man, was professional and kind. Bobbi went above and beyond to help me out when I was in a pickle. Chris in the repair shop was a great communicator, honest, and again so nice. If you’re stuck somewhere I’d really recommend these guys.

These guys came out all the way to Jackson, MI to tow my motorcycle because every other company in the area turned down the job.. They were very accommodating to schedule a convenient time to pick up my bike thru my insurance company. Everyone I dealt with was polite. No complaints..

If there was a way I could post without rating, I definitely would!! Where do I start. Straight to the point! They dropped my car off at the wrong location, even though they had clear directions of the shop and a map! When I called the owner of the shop he said he literally has walked his property twice looking for my vehicle. It's not there! Call my insurance company, get in touch with these people, their lazy driver dropped my car off at another location cleary not listed as the shop nor the the address given to them. Not an apology, but I had to track down my own car for their total mess their driver made. Just oh we'll tow it to the right shop! You think?! My personal experience stray away!! First time hearing about this towing company worst experience ever!
