Poor customer service!!! Employees need a lot of training. Poor management not able to recognize the reason for them is to provide quality service. The orellys franchise deserves and expect the very best. Any other and been to many store location you do not see the condition being 1st the appearances of-the employee . 2nd attitude this location believed the employee needed sleep.or a motivation pill?. This had not happen just one time this had happen some type of poor service 2 other times. I hope this location recognize their short coming. Good luck!!!
