The amazing folks at Patrick Auto Group in Knox were lifesavers today! I'm from Mishawaka but lost a control rod bushing north of Knox today a few hours before closing time on a holiday weekend. First place I came to was already closed, second place said they couldn't help. I pulled into Patrick Auto Group and Sherry, Stephanie, and Joey helped without hesitation. I just needed an $8 bushing replaced, but the part wasn't available locally. When they learned I was from out of town, Stephanie scoured everywhere, then drove all the way to Michigan City to get the part I needed. Sherry was incredibly hospitable while I waited and made she I was taken care of. Joey stayed after closing time to install the part for me. All at an incredibly reasonable cost without any markup for the extra hours and effort. All three went above and beyond to make sure I got home safety! Thanks so much to you all, I wish I lived closer so I could use Patrick for all my repairs.
