When I heard about Frog's opening I went there to get a used tire. Since then I've gone there for every repair I couldn't do myself! These are great people! They're honest. Their prices seem to beat every competitor between Starke county and South Bend. They're friendly, quick, and the opposite of every bad thing you've come to believe about mechanics. Also, as used tires go they have the nicest tires, with good tread, at the best prices I've seen anywhere. And because I drive a LOT for a living I've bought several from them. Their new tire prices are good as well. And the quality of their work is phenomenal! If I need a repair, can't do it myself, and it's something they can do, I'll never go anywhere else! Thanks Jon and all the staff at Frog's. It's great to have you in the area!

I got myself into a big jam! Traveling and tent camping (primitive) for two days recently in Knox, IN, I came out to find that my camper conversion van would not start. I was truly back in the woods, desolate, isolated. Someone in the campground tried to jump me; good juice, must be starter or solenoid. Gave recommendation for Frog's Tire and Auto in Knox. It was 4pm on a Saturday; oh my, I am certain no one will be willing to help Saturday or Sunday. I leave a message. There is an emergency/after hours number. I leave a message there as well. John, owner, calls me back with thirty minutes. He knows the campground, grew up camping there. He and son, Sebastian, come to campground for a look-see. This is 6pm. Appears to be the starter. Tells me, we have a buddy, tow truck. We can do it first thing in the morning, get you on your way. He goes back to the shop, having ordered the parts, texts me, gonna do it yet tonight. The tow arrives, I ride in with them, Sebastian under the van, Dad giving advice and instructions, they are done within an hour, and I am back in the tent by 9pm. On a Saturday night. Surely, this is rare customer service! Major thumbs up! Thanks again, you guys. I wish you all the best for a flourishing business. You went way above and beyond!! Cheers. Jeffrey

They were fantastic and the best price hands down. Was family oriented and ran, the perfect small town car shop although hard to find.

Was working in the area of Knox and blew a front tire on my truck, was stuck at a gas station for an hour until I called frog tire! He came and picked up my tire and patched it in less than 20 minutes and brought it back to me free of charge!! Could not recommend this guy enough, small town hospitality!!!
