I have loved this service center for years, but lately I feel like I am spending just as much here as I would at a dealership. The use of a diagnostic machine should not be the first method to deduce a problem, especially when there is such a significant charge. I wish that an actual mechanic’s inspection was the go-to as opposed to the $100+ diagnostic test.
The service at The downtown South Bend location (specifically Alex and Cory at the service desk) has always been good. They are courteous, knowledgeable, beyond fair, and extremely relational. They genuinely want to build a relationship with each customer and ensure the service they receive is of the highest quality. Their technicians do great work, and it’s clear there’s a strong relationship between the service desk and the techs.. that says something! I’d recommend anyone to them. I will be going back!

I’ve taken several vehicles to Zolemans over the last few years and have never been disappointed. They are kind, honest, fair, and prompt. I’m happy to work with them!
Had a flat, dropped off tire around 4, they close that 5. Called me around noon the next day and the tire was able to be fixed and the price was only 21 bucks. Will be coming here again in the future.
