I've been going to Midas for many years and particular the one on Michigan St. I've seen plenty of managers and staff come and go. But the manager there now is awesome, I don't remember his name but he is great! Wonderful experience several hundred dollars later but that's life, I need my car so ud83dude17ud83dude17ud83dude17
I managed to get to Midas 30 minutes before they closed and they were kind enough to change my oil even though they were ready to starting closing up. The tech, Rolly, was very nice and explained the issues with my car in a way that was easy to understand without being condescending. Both the tech and the employee at the counter were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable - I will absolutely continue to return to Midas for a long time to come!
Kelly (I'm assuming who is the manager) is very informative, polite and definitely helpful. He's honest and upfront, without all off the shenanigans. Go here, if you want to know the FACTS.
The manager there was very professional. His name is Kelly & the other front desk guy also! He went above and beyond to get service on my vehicle. They were both great people!
