I purchased a new Stellar Toy Hauler in 2013. In 2019 I went to Moab UT, while setting up I noticed the the left rear tire was not in the correct position. The LCI frame had broken and the leaf spring bracket was off with part of the frame. I still owe a few years of payments. Dealing with LCI, I was given hope they would come to a solution for repairs of their supplied frame. This was not the case after I jumped through their hoops.nHow very disappointing to owe a few years on a trailer that can’t be used until I put many more $$’s into it.nBUYER BEWARE! LCI DOES NOT PUT OUT A TRUSTABLE PRODUCT! Check before buying a LCI frame. They are a major supplier in the industry.nBTW, I don’t travel anywhere near the trailer GVW.
Stopped in at Lippert Components to ask some question about a specific part. Everyone was so helpful and bent over backwards to get us the part we needed.
David in shipping did an awesome job today in helping us....he went way beyond the call of duty. Great to see such wonderful young men and so very polite.
