Communitywide Federal Credit Union

I am a finance manager at an independent dealer. I have been in finance for over 25 years and I honestly do not know what we would do without Community Wide!! The program is awesome & Chris Dotson is absolutely the best rep ever! She always answers her phone & helps with any issues that arise. Fast & easy funding!

Doesn't get better than here. Rates, fees, and customer service.

Not good. Don’t even know if it’s a real credit union. Customer service is always closed so you will never be able to call. Fake Bank unless the bank comments under my review.

Regret going through this bank. Never again. Should have looked at the reviews first.

Terrible institution. High rates compared to other credit unions, difficult to reach, agents unwilling to work with you on current loans. Paid off my auto loan in full just so I won’t have to keep dealing with them. Stay away.
